From bustling food markets to secret family-run trattorias and hands-on cooking experiences, this is an immersion into some of the most authentic flavours Italy has to offer.

The Experience The journey begins on foot in Rome, exploring local markets and discovering how ancient history intertwines with modern-day food culture. We then escape the bustling city to slow down in Umbria, Italy’s tranquil “green heart”. Here, we wander through side streets, discover local artisans, and take part in hands-on cooking experiences that showcase the region's exceptional agricultural heritage.We conclude the journey in Abruzzo—a deeply personal destination, as it is the home region of Dave's wife's family. This lesser-known gem of central Italy offers stunning mountains, Adriatic beaches, and a vibrant food culture, allowing our guests to uncover bold, regional flavours completely untouched by mass tourism.
